Walker Named AJC Top Workplace


For the fifth year, Walker has been named an AJC Top Workplace!

More than 4,300 companies were nominated or asked to participate in the 2019 Top Workplaces contest by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and its partner, Energage (formerly Workplace Dynamics). The survey gathers responses to 24 factors covering seven areas, including organizational health factors relating to workplace culture. Employee engagement, company leadership and the basics (pay, benefits, flexibility, training and expectations) are among the questions. Using survey results, a list of 150 workplaces was compiled, consisting of 20 large companies (500 or more employees), 55 midsize companies (150-499 employees) and 75 small companies (149 or fewer employees). 

With over 150 faculty and staff members, Walker placed in the midsize category. We are so proud to once again claim this honor!

The Walker School is a private, co-ed day school offering opportunities in academics, arts, and athletics for preschool, elementary, middle, and high school students in Metro Atlanta.
