Day of Giving

The Lower School has an annual Day of Giving and each grade level completes a service project for a different organization. The day of giving typically occurs around the end-of-year holidays.

The following were the 2019 Day of Giving Projects: 

• 1st Grade made pumpkin and oatmeal treats and collected towels and blankets for dogs at Mostly Mutts.

• 2nd Grade hand-tied 14 blankets for the children at SafePath.

• 3rd Grade created activity bags for the patients of Georgia Cancer Specialists to use while they receive treatments.

• 4th Grade made over 300 snack bags for firefighters and police officers working over the holidays.

• 5th Grade put together over 200 care packages for MUST Ministries.
